Recruitment of Policy Leaders 2025-26

The Recruitment of Policy Leaders 2025-26 is a government programme that develops a pool of candidates capable of filling mid- to senior-level policy-related positions within the federal public service. It targets individuals with diverse backgrounds and policy-relevant experience across academic and professional fields. Selected participants gain access to employment opportunities within Canadian federal departments and agencies, along with mentorship and a professional alumni network.
