NFL Rotational Program 2027

The NFL Rotational Program 2027 is a two-year, full-time rotational employment opportunity for current undergraduate seniors to gain experience across multiple NFL offices and departments, through up to four project-based rotations. The program includes a salary of $72,000 USD and begins in July 2027. Participants rotate through departments such as communications, finance, football operations, marketing, broadcasting, international business, events, and media, with potential locations in New York, California, Washington, DC, and New Jersey.

Full-time employment with a salary; exposure to multiple departments, professional networking, and potential internal opportunities.

Applicants must be currently enrolled undergraduate seniors, graduating between Winter 2026 and Spring 2027, with a minimum GPA of 3.0, and be legally permitted to work in the United States; applicants must be willing to relocate for rotations and have strong internship or prior work experience.
