An early market engagement workshop for the UPGRADE Project to build market interest and engage potential vendors for construction and equipping of the proposed Digital Innovations and AI R&DB Center (DARC) in Nurafshon, Uzbekistan. The event targets large construction companies and aims to promote procurement packages and test the draft procurement strategy using merit point criteria. The project supports Uzbekistan's digital transformation, commercialization of innovation, and deep technology development, including facilities for AI computing, vertical technology laboratories, and a commercialization hub.
