Model Olympics 2026

The Model Olympic Committee Conference (MOC) is a student simulation of sports governance where delegates address issues such as athlete eligibility, anti-doping ethics, gender equity and Olympic host selection. The conference uses committee simulations that mirror institutional documents like Host City Contracts and Policy Frameworks and culminates in a simulated selection of the 2036 Summer Olympic Games host city. It is aimed at providing hands-on drafting, negotiation and research experience within the Olympic governance ecosystem. The event takes place in Bratislava, Slovakia from October 2 to October 4, 2026.

Simulation and negotiation experience in sports governance; practice drafting Host City Contracts and Policy Frameworks; participation in a simulated IOC-style host city selection process.

School students may apply to participate as delegates.

Applications open May 1 and close Oct 1, 2026; applicants apply to be selected as delegates.
