CONACYT Mexican Scholarship Program

The CONACYT Mexican Scholarship Program provides funding for Mexican citizens to support postgraduate studies overseas, including master's and PhD programs, with the aim of enhancing skills in science, technology and innovation and forming linkages with partner institutions. It supports study at the University of Queensland for eligible students who have been awarded a CONACYT scholarship and admitted to a UQ postgraduate program. Scholarship duration is up to 2 years for a master and up to 4 years for a PhD. The value includes partially funded tuition fees and a living allowance.

Applicants must be citizens of Mexico, have applied for a master's or PhD program at UQ, satisfy CONACYT eligibility and be awarded the CONACYT scholarship, meet UQ academic requirements and be offered a place, and commence full-time onshore enrolment at UQ.
