International Student Scholarship

The International Student Scholarship is a one-year financial hardship scholarship for international students enrolled full-time in an undergraduate program at the University of Queensland. The award value is limited to the annual income generated from an endowment fund. The number of awards may vary and preference may be given to Malaysian international students.

A financial award for one year, funded from the scholarship endowment (amount limited to annual income from the fund).

Applicants must be classified as international students under the University’s Student Fees Policy, demonstrate temporary and unexpected financial hardship, be enrolled full-time in any undergraduate program in the year of the award, and must not have received assistance from the Financial Hardship Assistance Scheme for the year of award or another similar scholarship as determined by the Chair. Preference may be given to Malaysian international students.
