FIFGROUP Young Leader Scholarship

The FIFGROUP Young Leader Scholarship is a financial scholarship for active undergraduate students, providing education funding and competency development through workshops and internship opportunities at FIFGROUP. It aims to nurture high-potential students who may become permanent employees after graduation. Recipients receive a education grant and access to training programs as part of the scholarship.

Education funding of 9,000,000 IDR per recipient; workshops on education and the world of work; potential internship and possibility of permanent employment after graduation.

Active undergraduate students currently in at least the 5th semester, from any major, with minimum GPA 3.25 for public universities or 3.50 for private universities, and a letter of recommendation from a lecturer or faculty required.

Submit online application via the provided registration form; complete required data and documents; follow the selection stages (document screening, psychotest, HC Interview, Panel Interview).
