The New York State Indian Aid is a financial award administered by the New York State Education Department for students who are members of New York State tribal nations or children of enrolled members. Awards provide financial support for students enrolled in approved programs at colleges, universities, technical schools, schools of nursing, business, or trade schools located in New York State. Individual award amounts are up to $2,000. The programme is intended to support eligible Native students who are residents of New York State.
