Lingnan University Hong Kong PhD Fellowship Scheme 2027-28

The Lingnan University Hong Kong PhD Fellowship Scheme 2027-28 is a fully funded doctoral fellowship under the Hong Kong PhD Fellowship Scheme, designed to attract outstanding international students to pursue full-time PhD studies at Lingnan University and other participating Hong Kong universities. Fellows receive a stipend and travel/subsistence allowances, with additional top-up and tuition-related benefits through Lingnan University’s packages. The program is competitive and includes an admission pathway to Lingnan University’s PhD programs across multiple disciplines including Data Science, Arts, Business, and Social Sciences.

Annual stipend; annual travel/conference allowance; potential Lingnan University top-up package including tuition waiver and additional scholarships; guaranteed hostel accommodation for up to 3 years.

Open to international applicants who meet the PhD admission requirements and seek admission as full-time new students at a Hong Kong university participating in the HKPFS.
