UN Global Compact Business & Human Rights Accelerator Program 2026/2027

The UN Global Compact Business & Human Rights Accelerator Program is a three-month accelerator for companies to translate their commitments to human rights and labour rights into practical action, including an Action Plan and outcomes aligned with the UN Guiding Principles. It provides global workshops, regional and in-country peer learning, and guidance from Global Compact networks. Participants develop and implement an Action Plan addressing salient human rights risks in their value chain and receive a completion certificate.

Three-month program; global workshops; regional and in-country peer learning; access to resources and guidance; preparation of a practical Action Plan; certificate of completion.

Open to companies that are participants of the UN Global Compact or willing to join; must be engaged with a Global Compact Country Network and committed to developing an Action Plan addressing identified human rights risks.
