Financiamento e Gestão Financeira para a Equidade na Educação Básica

Financiamento e Gestão Financeira para a Equidade na Educação Básica is an 80-hour online, asynchronous course on public budgeting and financial management for basic education. The course covers public budget concepts, financing sources for basic education, Fundeb, rules for use of resources by networks and schools, and topics such as school operating costs, staff valuation and infrastructure. It is organized in ten self-instructional modules with textual and audiovisual materials, authoring exercises and evaluative activities. Participants who complete the modules and pass the final assessment receive a certificate.

80-hour online training; course materials (textual and audiovisual); certificate upon completion and passing final assessment.

The course is intended for education professionals across Brazil, including pedagogical and financial teams of education secretariats, school managers, teachers, professionals from rural schools, indigenous and quilombola communities, territorial agents of Secadi and other education professionals interested in the topic.
