Weaving the Evolution of Activities in the Investment Vehicle Ecosystem in Africa (WEAVE Africa)

WEAVE Africa is a three-year program designed to expand employment opportunities for young people in Africa, with a particular focus on young women. The program will provide funding and support to enable 540 young women micro-entrepreneurs to improve and expand their businesses by increasing skills, capacities, systems and networks. It builds on insights from the Mastercard Foundation Africa Growth Fund and is implemented in partnership with organizations including Mennonite Economic Development Associates.
