E4Y is a Mastercard Foundation programme that identifies and supports the emergence of local champions in the agricultural value chain in the WAEMU region. It targets young men and women and provides support in three key areas: access to finance, access to markets, and skills and expertise building. The programme builds on the earlier SUQALI initiative and aims to enable access to jobs and strengthen MSMEs and entrepreneurs in rural areas.
