Project Kuongoza Accelerator for Women in Tanzania 2025

The Project Kuongoza Accelerator is an impact accelerator designed to boost women-owned businesses in the Mwanza and Dar es Salaam regions of Tanzania. It provides 6 weeks of hybrid training, mentorship, a pitch competition, and post-accelerator support, with grants of up to $3,000 for participating ventures. The program is run by STEMi Makers of Africa in partnership with the United States Embassy, Dar es Salaam.

Businesses must be located in the Mwanza or Dar es Salaam region and led by women aged 18–36, with a demonstrated commitment to applying advanced business tools.
