CONACYT (SECIHTI) — Movilidad Doctoral

The CONACYT (SECIHTI) Movilidad Doctoral is a mobility scholarship for doctoral students to undertake short-term research stays abroad. It supports Mexican doctoral students to spend 3 to 6 months at institutions in other countries. The scholarship provides a partial stipend, international health insurance support and a travel expense complement. Funding amounts vary by destination country.

Monthly stipend (€1,000–€1,500 depending on destination), international health insurance support, travel expense complement, funding for 3–6 month stays.

Mexican doctoral students enrolled in a PhD program may apply.

Apply through the CONACYT / SECIHTI convocatoria (Convocatoria de Apoyos Complementarios de Movilidad) for the given year.
