Economic and Social Research Council (ESRC) Postdoctoral Fellowships 2025

The ESRC Postdoctoral Fellowships 2025 are external fellowships designed to support postdoctoral researchers to consolidate their PhD research and develop their publication records, networks and research and professional skills. The call is run by the South West Doctoral Training Partnership (SWDTP) and will award four Fellowships in 2025; the University of Bath will support internal selections for up to four candidates.

To be eligible, you must have completed your PhD at a UK research organisation and have less than 12 months’ active postdoctoral experience (at full-time rate) since your viva voce examination.

Submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) form to Bath’s internal selection process; Selected candidates will be supported to develop their applications and may be invited to a briefing session.
