DYLOTT Black Diplomats Academy 2025 for Canadian Youth

The DYLOTT Black Diplomats Academy 2025 is a training program aimed at Black youth ages 18-35 to develop skills for public sector and global diplomacy careers. It includes online modules and opportunities for mentorship, coaching, and field practice through delegations to national and international summits. The program offers professional development services and access to a network of senior government officials and corporate representatives.

Opportunities to get involved in youth-led civic engagement activities; professional development services and wraparound support; access to a network of senior officials and corporate representatives; peer mentorship; research skills development; field practice experience through delegations to national and international summits; recognition awards.

Applicant must be currently attending or recently graduated (within 24 months) from a College/University program; identify as Black/African descent; between 18–35 years old; available to participate in 4 hours of online module delivery per week.
