Margaret Mittelheuser Memorial Women in Finance Scholarship

The Margaret Mittelheuser Memorial Women in Finance Scholarship supports female postgraduate students studying finance at The University of Queensland. It is awarded to domestic postgraduate coursework students enrolled in the Master of Finance and Investment Management or the Master of Commerce with an Applied Finance major. Up to three scholarships are awarded, with a value of up to $10,000 and a maximum duration equal to the length of the approved program. The scholarship aims to assist students who can demonstrate financial hardship and a strong interest in pursuing finance.

Monetary award up to $10,000 payable for the duration of the approved program (up to the program length); up to three awards available.

Domestic female postgraduate coursework students who are enrolled or will enroll in the Master of Finance and Investment Management or the Master of Commerce with a declared Applied Finance major; must demonstrate financial hardship and a strong interest in pursuing finance.

Apply using the University of Queensland online scholarship application form; provide documentary evidence of financial hardship and submit personal statement responses demonstrating interest in finance. Shortlisted applicants may be interviewed.
