LPGA Renee Powell Scholarship

The LPGA Renee Powell Scholarship provides financial aid to female, Black or African American high school seniors who are pursuing a full-time course of study and playing collegiate golf at an accredited college or university in the United States. Established in 2022 and administered through The LPGA Foundation and the LPGA Renee Powell Fund, the programme awards two scholarships each Spring. Each award is for $5,000 to support recipients entering collegiate golf.

Applicants must be female and of Black or African-American descent, be high school seniors at the time of application, have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale, and be committed or in the process of committing to play collegiate golf at an accredited U.S. college or university.

Complete the scholarship application through The LPGA Foundation; submit academic transcripts verifying a minimum 3.0 GPA; provide proof of commitment to play collegiate golf; include letters of recommendation and documentation of community service.
