Aspen Nonprofits in an Age of Policy Change Course 2025

Nonprofits in an Age of Policy Change is a part-time, unpaid virtual course designed to help subject matter experts and nonprofit advocates develop and update their policy advocacy strategy in light of changes to federal policy. The short course covers advocacy planning, new avenues for advocacy, and communications skills for participating in court proceedings and testimony. Strong applicants will have professional experience in the nonprofit sector and an interest in shaping policy advocacy strategies for their organizations.

Networking with peers and mentors across the climate policy community; development of policy impact skills and outputs.

Nonprofit professionals who are at least 21 years old, participate in their personal capacity, and must live or be able to work in the United States; able to commit to five daily 2-hour virtual sessions plus assignments.
