Order of Ontario Award 2025

Nominations are invited for the Order of Ontario Award 2025, the province’s highest civilian honour. Eligible nominees are Ontarians whose achievements have had a significant impact in their field and contributed to the province, country, and beyond. The nomination process requires a summary, detailed achievements, and testimonial letters from two supporters.

Recognition as a recipient of the Order of Ontario, the province’s highest civilian honour.

The nominee must be a long-term or former resident of Ontario, living at the time of nomination, and whose career has had a major impact on the province, Canada, and worldwide.

Submit a nomination including a brief summary, a detailed description of achievements, and at least two signed testimonial letters from different writers.
