Federation of Black Canadians (FBC) Youth Employment Skills Program 2025

The Federation of Black Canadians (FBC) Youth Employment Skills Program 2025 offers a structured training and placement program for Black and marginalized youth in Canada. The program combines a 9-week employment skills training with a 6-week paid placement, totaling a 15-week paid engagement that supports participants with coaching, mentorship, and access to additional support services.

Skill development, real work experience, individualized support, paid opportunity, and access to mental health support and transportation assistance.

Open to Black youth, newcomers, youth with disabilities, NEET youth and other marginalized groups; aged 15-30.
