10,000 Black Interns Programme 2027

The 10,000 Black Interns Programme is a paid internship initiative in the United Kingdom designed for Black students and graduates. It offers six or more weeks of paid work experience across multiple sectors, plus training, career support and one-to-one mentoring. The programme is delivered by the 10,000 Interns Foundation and works with employers to widen access to workplace opportunities for Black talent.

Paid internship placement; training and development resources; 1:1 mentoring; professional network development; exposure to multiple sectors across the UK.

Open to Black students and graduates studying at UK universities at undergraduate or postgraduate level, or recent UK graduates (graduated in 2024 or later); applicants must have unrestricted right to work in the UK.
