TIMERA Fellowship 2026–2029

The TIMERA Fellowship is a 12-month, blended training programme designed to develop infectious disease modelling capacity among African public health professionals. It combines online learning, face-to-face training blocks, remote mentoring, group work, workshops, supervised internships or research activities, and an evidence-generation phase, with financial and logistical support to enable participation. Approximately 50 fellows participate across three cohorts during 2026–2029 and receive travel, accommodation, meals, subsistence support, and a stipend.

Eligible applicants are African public health professionals with postgraduate qualifications and professional experience.
