Research Assistant in Pakistan for Security Behaviors Research Position at CISPA

The Usable Security Lab at CISPA Helmholtz Center for Information Security is offering a short-term Research Assistant position in Pakistan to support a study on people’s security behaviours and phone usage. The five-month contract runs from October or November 2026 through February 2027, through LUMS University in Pakistan, with a monthly payment and covered travel/logistics costs. The role involves fieldwork, recruiting participants, conducting interviews, and collaborating with an international research team.

Monthly stipend (PKR 70,000) and travel/logistics costs covered; practical field research experience and collaboration with an international research team.

Open to women currently pursuing or who have completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree from an institution in Pakistan.
