A partnership between the African Development Bank and AXIAN to expand access to finance and business support for more than 34,000 women-led enterprises in Africa. The programme delivers tailored digital financial products and services, digital lending and alternative credit assessment, alongside financial literacy, digital skills and entrepreneurship training. It targets women-led micro, small and medium-sized enterprises and aims to increase digital inclusion and transition businesses into the formal economy. Implementation is through AXIAN Group’s Mixx and MVola platforms together with local operating companies in participating countries.

Eligibility

Women-led micro, small and medium-sized enterprises in Madagascar, Tanzania and Senegal for the digital financial products component; women across Madagascar, Tanzania, Senegal, Togo and Comoros for the financial literacy, digital skills and entrepreneurship training component.
