Camp Rising Sun Summer Program 2025

Camp Rising Sun is a full-scholarship, four-week summer leadership program for teenagers from more than 30 countries and 10 U.S. states, run by the Louis August Jonas Foundation. The program includes two four-week sessions in July and August, focusing on leadership skills within a supportive community of peers and counselors.

Full scholarship covering tuition; potential need-based travel assistance; leadership development and community experience.

Open to applicants from anywhere in the world; you must be at least 15 years old when your camp session starts and cannot have turned 17 by the end of your camp session; you must be available for the whole four-week in-person session in upstate New York; you must be able to speak English.

Submit the 2025 CRS application with one reference by the regional deadline.
