WCPSS Vaping Advocacy Scholarship Program

The WCPSS Vaping Advocacy Scholarship Program provides a $5,000 award to high school seniors in the Wake County Public School System who plan to enroll in full-time undergraduate study at an accredited college, university, or vocational-technical school. Awards are for qualified education-related expenses (tuition, fees, books, and required supplies) and are awarded to up to eight recipients each year. Recipients are selected based on academic performance, leadership, work experience, an essay on anti-vaping importance, and an online recommendation.

$5,000 award for qualified education-related expenses; up to eight awards per cycle.

High school seniors in the Wake County Public School System planning to enroll in full-time undergraduate study for the upcoming academic year.

Applications are submitted through Scholarship America; winners are selected by Scholarship America based on specified criteria.
