ASCEND Scholarship Program

The ASCEND Scholarship Program provides undergraduate education scholarships for individuals who are currently incarcerated or were previously incarcerated and have completed the ASCEND program, as well as their dependents. Recipients may use the award to pursue a college certificate or degree at an accredited two- or four-year institution, with an award of $1,500. Awards are not renewable, and up to 13 awards are granted annually, allocated between incarcerated and dependent applicants as qualified.

Educational award of $1,500; non-renewable; funds disbursed in August if eligible and selected.

Eligible applicants must have completed the ASCEND program with Trinity Services Group, Inc. by the application open date and be high school graduates (including GED) or current college undergraduate students; dependents of eligible applicants may also apply if they are dependent children up to age 26 who are high school graduates or current undergraduates.

Applicants must upload required materials including a current transcript; application materials must be submitted electronically via Scholarship America's process.
