Western Union Global Scholarship Award Program

The Western Union Global Scholarship Award Program is administered by Scholarship America and provides financial support for undergraduate study. It awards a $2,500 scholarship to eligible dependent children of Western Union employees, with consideration given to academic performance, leadership, activities, goals, and financial need. Awards are not renewable, but eligible applicants may reapply in subsequent years if they continue to meet requirements.

Cash award of $2,500; non-renewable; eligibility to reapply in future years.

Dependent children (age 24 and under) of active, full-time or part-time employees who have at least six months of employment with Western Union as of the application deadline. US students must be high school seniors or graduates planning to enroll or already enrolled in an undergraduate program; international and Canadian students must be in the final year of secondary school or enrolled in full-time university studies.
