IVM Józef Tischner Fellowship 2025-2026

The IVM Józef Tischner Fellowship program invites junior researchers to undertake a four-month research term at the Institute for the Humanities in Vienna (IWM). It is open to all academic disciplines in the humanities and social sciences, with a thematic relation to the Institute’s research fields encouraged. Visiting fellows receive office space and access to Institute facilities, along with a stipend to cover living costs and related expenses during the stay.

Monthly stipend; office space and institutional facilities; integration into the scholarly community and activities of the Institute.

Candidates must be Polish citizens or permanently reside in Poland and must be enrolled in a doctoral program or have obtained a PhD in the humanities or social sciences within the last four years.
