Charles Esplin Scholarship

The Charles Esplin Scholarship is a merit-based undergraduate scholarship for Rock Island High School – District #41 seniors who plan to pursue full-time undergraduate study at an accredited two- or four-year college, university or trade school for the upcoming academic year. Recipients may receive an award of up to $1,000, with potential renewal for up to three additional years contingent on satisfactory academic performance and continued support by the sponsor. The program is administered by Scholarship America on behalf of the sponsor, PNC Bank, N.A., as trustee of the Charles Esplin Trust.

High school seniors at Rock Island High School – District #41 who rank in the upper 25% of the graduating class and plan to enroll in full-time undergraduate study for the entire upcoming academic year (Fall 2026).
