AEP Educational Trust Scholarship Program

The AEP Educational Trust Scholarship Program provides a scholarship for dependent children of AEP full-time employees to pursue undergraduate study at accredited four-year colleges or universities, or eligible two-year programs leading to a baccalaureate degree. The initial award is $5,000 with renewal awards of $5,000 for three additional years contingent on satisfactory academic performance and full-time study.

Dependent children of full-time employees of any company that is a direct or indirect subsidiary of American Electric Power Company, Inc. who are high school seniors planning to enroll in full-time undergraduate study or an eligible two-year program leading to a baccalaureate degree.

Applicants must meet eligibility criteria and submit required materials online, including transcripts and an online recommendation form.
