William H. & Henrietta Y. Clough Memorial Scholarship Program

The William H. & Henrietta Y. Clough Memorial Scholarship Program provides a need-based award to top-ranked Meadville Area Senior High School students planning to pursue an undergraduate education at an accredited two-year or four-year college, university, or vocational-technical school. The program is administered by Scholarship America on behalf of PNC Bank, N.A., as Trustee. Awards cover tuition, room, board, books/academic supplies and school fees, and are awarded as a last-dollar grant after other aid is accounted for.

Tuition, room, board, books/academic supplies, and school fees; does not cover transportation or personal expenses.

Top high school seniors at Meadville Area Senior High School planning to enroll full-time in an accredited undergraduate program at a two-year or four-year college, university, or vocational-technical school, and who have applied for FAFSA and accepted all offered grants and work-study.

Applicants must provide a transcript, IRS Form 1040 pages for financial information, FAFSA results, and an online recommendation; applicants will be notified in July.
