The Thomson Reuters Foundation Mentorship Programme 2025 offers a six-month mentoring programme for selected newsrooms to understand, experiment with, and adopt AI-driven solutions to support editorial and operational functions. It targets small to medium newsrooms in Africa and provides tailored strategies, practical AI experience, and guidance from AI and journalism experts, with a moderate grant provided to each participating newsroom.

Eligibility
