About this opportunity

The TaRL Africa Fellowship Programme 2.0 invites individuals from TaRL-implementing organisations to develop their capacity in TaRL practice. Fellows participate in capacity-building activities over 18 months, including training workshops, co-design of TaRL programmes, and development of teaching-learning materials, with the aim of strengthening TaRL across Africa. Upon completion, fellows are certified as TaRL Trainers and can join the TaRL Fellow Alumni Programme.

Benefits & funding

TaRL Fellows will spend 18 months on the programme, dedicate at least 50 working days, attend training workshops, co-train and co-design TaRL programmes, develop teaching-learning materials, learn about TaRL innovations, and be featured on the TaRL Africa website. Upon completion, they will be certified as TaRL Trainers and can join the TaRL Fellow Alumni Programme.

Eligibility

Applicants must come from TaRL-implementing organisations, have at least 1 year of TaRL program experience, have trained other TaRL actors, and be able to attend all planned activities for the 18-month programme.
