Qimam Fellowship

The Qimam Fellowship is a competitive leadership fellowship for distinguished university students in and from Saudi Arabia. Fellows receive leadership training, one-on-one mentorship with senior public and private sector leaders, company visits, membership in the Qimam Alumni Network, and a recognition award at a closing ceremony. The 2026 edition runs as a 12-day in-person program in Riyadh and includes pre-program virtual interviews and selection stages.

In-person leadership training, at least three one-on-one mentorship sessions with senior executives, company visits, profile-sharing with HR executives, membership in the alumni network, and a Qimam Award at a high-profile ceremony.

Open to university students in and from Saudi Arabia who meet the program's selection criteria.

Submit an application; shortlisted candidates are invited to virtual interviews (scheduled late March) and final admissions are notified by email.
