Global Engineering Internship (GEI)

The Global Engineering Internship (GEI) places Stanford engineering students in summer internships abroad to provide real-world work experience in culturally diverse international environments. Internships are hosted in several countries across Asia and the Middle East and run during the northern-hemisphere summer. The programme aims to help students build professional networks and apply engineering skills in developing-economy contexts.

Immersive international internship experience, real-world engineering work experience, and professional networking opportunities.

Both undergraduate and graduate students are eligible to apply.
