U.S. Bank Summer Internship

The U.S. Bank Summer Internship is a 10-week paid placement offered across multiple functional tracks for undergraduate and a small number of graduate candidates. Tracks include Credit Analysis, Capital Markets, Engineering, Financial Crimes, Operations, Product Management and Finance among others. Most tracks run hybrid with roughly three days per week on site; some tracks (e.g., Capital Markets) are fully onsite. The program is paid with employer-published hourly wages and may lead to potential full-time offers upon graduation.

Paid hourly wages ($20.00–$37.69/hr); 10-week, ~40 hours/week placement; hybrid or onsite work arrangements depending on track; potential for a full-time offer upon graduation.

Targeted at rising seniors (target graduation Dec 2027 or spring 2028) for summer 2027; GPA preferences include 3.0 preferred in most tracks and 3.3 preferred for Capital Markets. The program also includes two graduate tracks and a sophomore Discover Us Fellowship (4 weeks, remote).
