European Olympiad of Experimental Science (EOES) 2027

The European Olympiad of Experimental Science (EOES) is an annual team-based practical laboratory competition for secondary-school students. It focuses on hands-on experimental tasks combining biology, chemistry and physics. Teams of three students represent participating countries and compete for gold, silver and bronze medals. The 2027 edition will be held in Sofia, Bulgaria from 4 to 11 May 2027.

Gold, silver and bronze medals for teams; a verifiable science activity to cite on applications and in interviews.

Secondary-school students from European Union countries aged 15 or younger; each participating country may send up to two teams of three students selected via a national competition.

National selection through each participating country's national competition; countries send up to two teams of three students.
