Churchill Fellowship 2027 Admissions

The Churchill Fellowship provides funding for individuals to investigate a UK-related problem in another country and bring back actionable ideas. Applications for the 2027 cycle are open to eligible applicants and must be submitted by the specified deadline. The grant covers travel, accommodation, food, insurance, visas and vaccinations, with possible support for interpreters, personal assistants and conference fees on a case-by-case basis.

The grant is calculated for the project and is intended to cover travel, accommodation, food, insurance, visas and vaccinations; interpreters, personal assistants and conference fees may be supported case by case.

Applicants must meet citizenship, residence and age requirements; the programme explicitly excludes ordinary degree courses, internships and student grants. Previous Churchill Fellows cannot receive another Fellowship.
