Holland-High Potential Scholarship (Maastricht University)

The Holland-High Potential Scholarship is a fully funded award administered by Maastricht University for international students beginning a full master's programme. It is funded through the national Holland Scholarship scheme backed by the Dutch Ministry of Education, Culture and Science. The scholarship package includes a tuition fee contribution, a monthly living allowance, support for international travel, visa and residence permit costs, and health and liability insurance. The award is offered for the normal duration of the master's programme.

Open to nationals of countries outside the European Union, the European Economic Area and Switzerland who are applying for and admitted to a full master's programme at Maastricht University; applicants must not have previously studied or worked in the Netherlands and must meet the master's admission requirements.

Apply for admission to a full master's programme at Maastricht University via the My UM portal; register interest and submit a separate scholarship application through the university's NL-High Potential scholarship application route with required documents (proof of nationality, transcripts, motivation letter, language evidence) before the scholarship deadline.
