Jerome R. Lewis Legislative Fellows Program 2027

The Jerome R. Lewis Legislative Fellows Program is a paid fellowship that provides students with professional experience in the legislative process. Fellows conduct research, staff committees, and participate in a seminar, gaining exposure to state government operations for a defined period in early 2027. The program includes direct interaction with legislators and government staff and involves travel to Dover for in-person activities.

Fellows gain professional experience in government, expand their network, travel to Dover for in-person activities, and take a three-credit seminar linked to their work experience.

Open to full-time master’s degree students or qualified junior- or senior-level undergraduate students from partnering universities.
