The Weatherhead Scholars Program at the Weatherhead Center for International Affairs at Harvard University invites applications for one-year postdoctoral fellowships that support research in the social sciences on international, comparative, transnational, and global issues. The program is residential, with on-campus activity required from late August to mid-May, and participation in the weekly Weatherhead Scholars Seminar. For 2025-2026, a cohort of 20-25 members is selected, including postdoctoral fellows, visiting scholars, and practitioner fellows; some funding is available for selected fellows.

Stipend of $70,000 for twelve months; on-campus residency and participation in the Weatherhead Scholars Seminar
Eligibility
Applicants must have recently completed their PhD and may be in related fields within the past three calendar years.
