ROMUN 2026

ROMUN 2026 (Rockford Model United Nations) is a two-day Model UN conference held in Rockford, Illinois. The conference brings together high school and university students to participate in primarily crisis committees on topics such as global health emergencies, international security crises, and historical simulations. Delegates engage in debate, negotiation and simulated crisis response aimed at building confidence, critical thinking and leadership skills. Approximately 150 delegates are expected for the Oct 8–9, 2026 event.

Participation in crisis and historical committees, chaired debates, opportunities to develop diplomacy, negotiation, critical thinking and leadership skills.

Open to high school (school) students and university (college) students.
