HM Treasury Graduate Policy Programme 2026–2027

The HM Treasury Graduate Policy Programme 2026–2027 recruits graduates as Policy Advisers to work at the centre of UK government decision-making, contributing to policy development and delivery across a range of areas. The programme provides structured development, practical policymaking experience, and opportunities for long-term progression within HM Treasury and the Civil Service. Candidates from any degree background meeting the academic and security requirements are welcomed.

Deployment in a Policy Adviser role with responsibilities and ongoing development; mentorship and structured training; exposure to government policy work.

Graduates from any degree subject who meet the minimum degree classification (2.2 or above) and can satisfy nationality, UK work-right and security-clearance conditions.
