France Excellence Eiffel Scholarship 2025

The France Excellence Eiffel Scholarship is a government-backed program to attract foreign students to master’s and doctoral degree programs in France. It provides a monthly allowance and additional services to selected recipients, who are primarily foreign nationals. The scholarship supports study in fields across science and technology as well as social sciences and humanities, but tuition is not covered by the program.

Monthly stipend plus direct services (transport, insurance, housing search, etc.).

Foreign decision-makers in priority fields for master's or doctoral studies, under 27 for master’s level and under 32 for doctoral level; must hold foreign nationality; master’s level candidates currently studying in France are ineligible; doctorate level candidates currently studying in France are eligible.

Institutions submit the candidate’s application online via the dedicated Campus France website after guidance from the eligibility process; the applicant coordinates with their chosen French institution.
