Deloitte Nigeria 2026 Graduate Trainee Programme

The Deloitte Nigeria 2026 Graduate Trainee Programme is a structured early-career opportunity for Nigerian graduates. It aims to develop skills across business and technology through a cohort-based, paid trainee program designed to prepare participants for professional roles within Deloitte. The programme targets graduates who meet specific academic and national service requirements and provides entry into a large multinational professional services firm.

Graduates from a recognised university/polytechnic with a minimum of second-class upper degree or upper credit in any discipline; five O’level credits including Mathematics and English in a single sitting; maximum age 26 as of application; must have completed NYSC; must not have previously written the Deloitte aptitude test.
