ifa CrossCulture Programme (CCP) Fellowship 2025

The ifa CrossCulture Programme (CCP) Fellowship funds professionals and dedicated volunteers from numerous countries to work with host organisations in Germany or CCP partner countries for two to three months. Fellows participate in cross-cultural workshops, networking events and professional meetings, with an emphasis on intercultural skill development and professional growth. The programme may be on-site or digital depending on circumstances, and is funded by the German Federal Foreign Office.

Stipend, travel costs, accommodation, local transport, health insurance, visa reimbursement, professional development opportunities, networking and CCP alumni inclusion.

Minimum age 23 at the time of application, at least two years of professional or volunteer experience in a civil society organisation, good command of English; students are not eligible.
