SDFCU Scholarship Competition

The SDFCU Scholarship Competition is an annual scholarship programme that distributes a board-approved dollar amount among winning undergraduate applicants. One top recipient is awarded the Stephen K. Fischel Memorial Scholarship with its own dollar amount instead of the regular award. The competition is open to current undergraduate students (including current college seniors) who meet SDFCU membership and academic requirements.

Cash scholarship awards distributed among winners; one top recipient receives the Stephen K. Fischel Memorial Scholarship.

Applicants must be current SDFCU members in good standing; currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program and have completed 12 credit hours at an accredited college or university (AP credits do not count); have a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA on a 4.0 scale; and submit official/sealed transcripts, tuition bill copy, W-2 form(s), personal statement and the completed application by the deadline. Current college seniors are eligible.

Submit the completed application and all required documents (tuition bill, W-2 form(s), personal statement, official/sealed transcript) by the deadline.
